Positive, My stay was made enjoyable by the spaciousness of the room and the comfortable bedding. Daily cleaning kept everything fresh, and the location was perfect for easy access to the airport. It was a nice bonus having a large suite to relax in! 😊

I was really impressed by the large and appealing suites offered. The consistent daily maid service at the same time ensured my room was always fresh and tidy. Plus, the proximity to various dining and entertainment options.

The bedding in my room felt decent compared to the overall condition of the hotel. Despite some serious cleanliness issues, the bed itself was surprisingly comfortable. I noticed nothing crawling around, which was a relief. However, I can't ignore the unpleasant surprise of cigarette smells permeating what was labeled as a non-smoking room. Stains on the furniture and bedding made me question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned. A rude staff experience also stood out, especially when I called about the shower head that was nearly falling off. The bathroom was in dire need of updates, with visible wear and tear, and 20 minutes of waiting for repairs didn’t help. I won’t recommend this place unless significant changes are made.

Had a spacious room with comfortable bedding! Location near LAX made catching my flight super easy. Daily cleaning helped maintain a nice vibe. Just a heads up, the shower could use some attention. Pretty decent stay!

I stayed at a place with really convenient amenities. Each room included a dining area and a work desk, which helped me feel comfortable. I enjoyed the free breakfast each morning and appreciated the laundry facilities. I was surprised to find a microwave in my room, as it made late-night snacks easy. As a single traveler, these comforts made my stay relaxing while exploring nearby attractions.
